Useful information for your stay:
- A deposit of 30% of the booking amount is due on the day of booking.
- Arrival: The apartment is ready for occupancy from 2 p.m. Please call in advance if you want to arrive earlier. If the apartment is ready before 2 p.m., it can of course be moved into earlier.
The Proßegger family asks that you contact us by phone at least one hour before your planned arrival so that we can greet you personally! - Suitable for allergy sufferers: The apartment has natural floors, washable pillows and blankets (no down!).
- No pets allowed.
- Non-smoking apartment: Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.
- Child-friendly: We have high chairs and cots on site (free of charge).
- The bedrooms each have space for a maximum of 1 cot.
- Broom clean: We ask you to leave the apartment swept clean on departure.
- Payment: Please pay the rest of the day in cash no later than the evening before departure.
- Departure: The apartment must be vacated by 10:00 a.m.
Cancellation conditions:
Winter 2020/21 - everything is different:
If, 7 days before your arrival date, it is not possible to leave your home town or to arrive due to officially established Corona regulations (including a travel warning for Salzburg), you can cancel free of charge.
Otherwise our general cancellation conditions apply.
General cancellation conditions
- Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival will be charged with 30% of the price of the entire booking.
- If canceled up to 14 days before the date of arrival, 50% of the price of the entire booking will be charged.
- Cancellations made up to 7 days before the date of arrival will be charged at 90%.
- No-show will be charged at 100%.
